Lanetix is an internet cloud company that provides cloud software to help industries like logistics, transportation, CPG, manufacturing and professional services streamline and accelerate their business process. The company required a platform to review, compare and analyze their sales activities and compile their data to create different reports.
Solution
Our solution was the implementation of a comprehensive management dashboard that takes advantage of the raw data and help to visualize them in the form of tables, graphs and charts. The dashboard uses information of the company that includes periodic revenue and cost, project pipelines, implementation status and efficiency of all ongoing projects, leading clients and customers, top performing employees, upcoming opportunities and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The dashboard is also capable of presenting YoY transactions and percentage changes by both sales rep and region. It dashboard measures overall company performance on the basis of a set of performance indicators designed by the client. These indicators are displayed on the dashboard in form of a variety of charts, and tables. The dashboard has enabled Lanetix to continuously monitor its operational performance and thereby ensure a sustainable business growth.
