ezispeak is a privately-held Australian company that provides real time interpreters to various business organizations. ezispeak works in the language service market and is a renowned telephone interpreting service provider in Australia. They have an enriched client-database which is used to perform essential analytics and provide decision support solutions. However, the nature and information of every client are unique which require the data visualization dashboards to be completely customized and client-specific. The company needed a platform for the express benefit of their clients that required access to data and keep track of their KPI records and other data.

Solution

ezispeak 360 is a platform developed on top of Power BI that provided the necessary solution to ezispeak. Power BI was embedded on the ezispeak website for easy access of users and clients and to facilitate client-specific dashboards and reporting. ezispeak 360 comes equipped with various modules for both the client and the business end. The modules include: • Services and Support • Scheduler • KPI Reports o KPI MTD Report o Qtr Call Report o Qtr Language Report o Call Data • My Invoices • Contract Administration The KPI Reports module helps to collect and compile the necessary data and help visualize them in the form of tables, charts and graphs. Information like total number of serviced calls, average call duration and answering time, quarterly call and language service report summary and supporting data extract for ezispeak clients can all be compiled and displayed easily. Clients can also upload and view their invoice list. Ezispeak 360 helps to ensure a seamless communication between the client and the business end, and also allows ezispeak to generate and view reports based on their data, all under one platform. Individual clients now can get a direct access to their own dashboards on the Ezispeak’s web portal and they don’t require any additional or separate log-in to the Power BI system. The embedded system is also flexible and adaptive which helps Ezispeak develop and customize dashboards and reporting modules on the basis of a client’s requirements.
